• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days 

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

Important:
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, please allow up to 30 days for delivery due to potential carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

International Shipping

• We offer worldwide shipping.

• International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking

• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
